The durable high impact plastic housing ensures lasting, quiet operation and won’t corrode or rust over time. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. The plastic damper protects against back drafts and ensures quiet operation. For bathrooms up to 45 sq. ft. For other rooms, including powder rooms up to 65 sq. ft.
